Best Purchase in a WHILE September 10, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of the best products we've purchased for our little girl (2yr old). It's easy to assemble and is GREAT quality. Our daughter INSISTS on doing everything in it (drawing, eating, watching us cook dinner, etc.). She can easily climb in and out of it and it does not even start to tip on her. It does take up a little floor space, so be sure you have room for it. It's expensive, but well worth it.
Very solid, but heavy August 10, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is great. All that it is advertised to be. It's very solid and stable - which is what I was looking for. The only downside is that it is a bit heavy.
Love this product August 3, 2008 My daughter is 20 months old and must be doing "something" all the time! When I am trying to cook, clean or do dishes she can be next to me at the counter helping (in her way), doing water play in the sink, or even having a snack. It is very safe! I had to stand on it the other day and it held me and didn't tip at all! I highly recommend this product. My friend has a three year old who still uses it daily for a snack or for helping mom and dad in the kitchen!!!
Can't avoid "help" in the kitchen now. July 17, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We've had the tower for 4 months (son is now 18 months) and it has proved fantastic. Initially balked at the high price but he kept getting too excited perched on a chair and it was too stressful holding him on with one hand. We can actually achieve stuff in the kitchen now and can't avoid "help" - as soon as the tap starts running the tower is being pushed over. Even if he's not splashing, kneading, recycling washing-up, sorting cutlery or eating flour he's happy just watching. It has now also become a climbing frame. Hopefully our next house will have space for it as it does have a large footprint.
The product itself is very well made, assembled easily and is very sturdy. Found it scratched the hardwood floor slightly but a few self-adhesive felt pads easily sorted that. Would be interesting to see if slide attachments could be made for it to make it even more versatile...
I've only given it 4 stars as I still think it is pricy for what it is but all-in-all highly recommended.
The perfect step stool for children! July 12, 2008 This item is absolutely the perfect item for me and my grandchildren! It makes my countertop their countertop. They are able to help with cooking and don't feel left out when I am in the kitchen. I have purchased one for my daughter and son for their kitchens too. A wonderful invention!
