Great Bibs! February 18, 2008 I bought these bibs for my 16 month old twin girls after looking in many stores and all over the internet for something that would work well and last a long time. So far, I haven't been disappointed! The pocket catches alot of the mess that used to fall in the girls' laps and in their high chair and they seem to be pretty waterproof. They do wash well and can be rinsed/washed out in the sink when there is no time to put them through the washer. The only thing I haven't been able to completely get out of them is tomato/spaghetti sauce. Everything else comes right out!
Best Bibs Around January 27, 2008 I started using these bibs when my daughter started eating solid food. These are great because:
1. I am able to wipe them clean with a tissue or cloth. 2. I can run them under water in the kitchen sink and they dry probably within the hour if not sooner. 3. They have a "pocket" at the bottom to catch crumbs and "finger food." 4. They are lightweight and easy to pack up for travel or for dining out.
I love that I don't have to stock a lot of bibs and launder them in the washing machine. I bought this 3-pack of Bumkins bibs and have used them for about 4 months now.
Wonderful product!
Best bibs!!!! October 12, 2007 I love these bibs. They clean easily and are very stain resistant. I love the stylish pattern. Best of all they are made in America.
Soft, Waterproof & Machine-Washable October 6, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Being a first time mom, we'd been using standard terry cloth type bibs even during solid food feedings. We were accumulating stained bibs despite our best efforts to stain-treat them when I remarked to my husband it'd sure be nice if they made waterproof ones we could just rinse off and reuse. Voila! Not only are the Bumkins Waterproof SuperBibs waterproof and machine washable, they are still soft against baby's skin unlike some of the thicker plastic/rubber bibs out there. They are also generously sized so they will fit our little one's neck as she (rapidly) grows, whereas some of her original terry cloth bibs are already too tight.
The price is a little high for just 3 bibs but they clean up so quickly and easily you may get by with far fewer than traditional cloth bibs. You literally can rinse off the soiled bib under the tap in your kitchen sink, scrunch it up to wring out any water, lay it out and it'll be dry in an hour or less. And they hold up great in a washer and dryer (we wash them along with the rest of our little one's clothing, gentle cycle, and you don't really need to put them in the dryer.)
The BEST bibs ever October 6, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought one of these bibs for my granddaughter 2 years ago, Since then , I have bought 3 more for her and probably 6 more as gifts. The bibs are soft, washable and they air-dry in about 20 minutes. The colors are fade-free. IMO, the best feature of this bib is how quickly it dries. You can use it at breakfast, rinse or wash it and by lunch, it's ready to use again. No more laundry basket full of dirty bibs. Great news for busy moms and grandmoms!!
