Third time mom and absolutely still love these! October 12, 2008 On my 3rd boy now and I will say I have Medela, Evenflo and Ventaire bottles. The best ones are the Ventaire by far. Medelas leak all over, Evenflo he just doesnt' care for and the Ventaire he is all about. Since he's a breastmilk baby he's alot gassier then formula fed ones, so the ventaire's work great for him. I notice the difference when we use the ventiare vs. the Medela's, hes not as gassy.
And just to note I've used Ventaire with all 3 of my boys now and I've never complained once about them. Iv'e started using the advanced this time becuase my other 2 the advanced weren't out yet, yes they are slightly different and yes they come apart into 6 pcs. But I'd rather have a clean bottle. Just make sure the bottoms get tightened enough and you'll be fine.
First Time Mom! September 7, 2008 Hello, first time mom here!!!! I am 21 and I have a two month old boy. I first started using these 'average' bottles by EvenFlow and they were ok.... but then I started seeing a 'change' in the nipples...the holes were getting bigger!! They wern't that great of a bottle to begin with...so when the nipple holes got bigger that was a pain! EvenFlow is pretty cheap in price and quality. I read a review a 'Dad' posted about not wasting the money on the more expensive stuff...that all babies have gas and not to worry about it. Well, spoken like a true 'Dad'. ~sigh~ So, anyway when I tried out this sample bottle 'VENTAIRE' from Target...it was just AWESOME! I mean, yes...the hole is a little small, but after few times in the microwave they're fine. If your buying Evenflow... DO NOT PUT THE NIPPLES IN THE MICROWAVE!!!!!!!! The nipples get freakin' big!!!!!!
(((((One last thing, my LAME husband was curious about the cap on the bottom of the bottle ::SPLASH!::...lol, obviously you're not suppose to take that off!! )))))
happy bottle shopping, guys!

Watch for MOLD! June 1, 2008 Watch out! The lip right beneath the nipple, on the bottle has groves which are practically impossible to get 100% clean. We didn't realize until very close inspection that mold was growing in ALL of them.
Worked for us, NOT same for everyone April 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Don't read negative or positive reviews. Just TRY this bottle. Just get 1 bottle at the store and see if it works for you. Try different nipple. Just find what works for you. Thats it.
It's different for different babies...
We tried Dr. Browns, Playtex wide nipple nurser and then Ventair. The Stage 1 nipple was too slow and my baby would suck for 30 min and only get half an once out of 6 oz! But then I got the Stage 2 nipple and it works great! It says Fast flow but I would say it is medium. My baby chokes often when she drinks from Dr Browns.. She never choked drinking from the Ventair.
Great bottles April 16, 2008 I love these bottles. They are not my favorite kind, but I am very pleased with them. I only gave it 4 stars because the nipples it came with were no good and had to be replaced, but other than that I am satisfied.
