 Great Carseat... unreasonable seller... November 30, 2008
The carseat arrived broken. The box it came in was all destroyed and retaped as if it had completely fallen out of the box in shipment. All the safety Styrofoam was broken and cracked in half.
The seller was called to rectify the situation. However, BABYAGE refused to do anything but refund our money (and we would have to pay to ship it back to them). They claim that they did not have any more of the Regal Pattern and since the Regal was on sale and the others were not they could not do an even exchange with any other Boulevard. Their reason was they stated that Britax is the one that controls the price and they were unable to discount the other Boulevards to make an exchange work. However we called Britax and they said they had no such policy and that BabyAge should have made the exchange and if we had any problems to call Britax back. Again BabyAge refused to budge, saying that they would not and could not do anything. We called back Britax and they said they would exchange it since the retailer wouldn't (even though Britax did not have any Boulevards in the Regal print either they just sent one to us in another pattern). Britax even paid the shipping for us to ship the broken car seat back to them!
Bottom line Britax is one of the Best Baby companies out there. They stand behind their products and will rectify situations that their retailers will not. BabyAge however will not stand behind anything that they might lose money on, even if it never reached the customer in working order. I will not purchase anything from BabyAge again.
So the carseat gets five stars, BabyAge gets one star.

This is our second Boulevard...the fisrt one has been so nice that we decided to have another one!! Highly recommended!
Peace of Mind October 9, 2008
This carseat is just what we needed for my 11 pound, 6 week old daughter. She hated her bucket seat and we were looking for a convertible seat with a great rep. This is it! As son as we switched her seat we noticed a decrease in her crying during car rides. She fit wonderfully even though she was so small. I feel so much better knowing that she is safe AND comfortable. I highly recommend this seat.
Safe and comfortable October 5, 2008
We got this chair for our first daughter and loved it so much that we got it again for our second daughter. It feels substantial and safe. We feel comfortable with our daughters in this seat.
